"Blue (Da Ba Dee)" is a song by Italian music group Eiffel 65. It was first released in October 1998 in Italy and was successful internationally by 1999. The song's lyrics tell a story about a man who lives in a "blue world". It says that he is "blue inside and outside", which, alongside the lyric "himself and everybody around 'cause he ain't got nobody to listen", and "blue are the feelings that live inside me."

In adapting the song for wind quintet, the parts have been arranged for enjoyment while playing and in rehearsal, featuring all instruments within the tune and include some exciting harmonic moments. The arrangement features an optional repeat that can make the tune either 2' 05" or 3"00, and could be used as a great opener, closer, or singalong.
