He spilled drops of crimson blood as a Savior would.

Carrying the cross, tripping on the way,
Jesus lifted each mans sins through His pain that day.
Finally the crowd watched our Savior die.
Fathers will was manifest; Jesus did comply.

Buried in a tomb, three days til He rose,
He was resurrected with scars He freely chose.
Jesus saved mankind from the chains of death,
Freeing all humanity, gifting endless breath.

Spilling drops of blood in Gethsemane,
And on Calvary, Jesus died for me.
Then He rose again making all men free.
