Here is a viola solo version of "Were You There When They Crucified My Lord?" as heard on my YouTube channel with over 600,000 views at the time of publication. This piece works well for a prelude, postlude, or musical interlude during communion, especially for a Good Friday or Maundy Thursday service. It features simple, emotional melody lines accompanied by a flowing yet reverent piano part.
