Minuets of the 17th-18th centuries Europe were popular with the aristocracy. It was where masked balls were the rage, snuff boxes and wigs were essential and ladies in finery were seen for the big night out! This modern minuet is intended to be very graceful and lyrical like the minuets of the past and will work well if the articulation can be observed. Also it would be more characteristic if the strength of beats of the bar gradually decrease.

I wanted to give it a more modern approach, so there are some major 7th chords used and some unusual chord progressions. It's in ternary form with an outro. 4 mins 15 in length. I have set it to Intermediate level, but it's early intermediate for some players.
