Product Description

A concert band arrangement of this well-known British Music Hall tune, often associated with Reginald Dixon and the seaside town of Blackpool, Lanashire. This arrangement was premiered by Harmonie Concert Band performing at Eastbourne Bandstand, on the British South Coast.

A relatively straight-forward arrangement which works well, includes some cross-cuing, and transposed parts for brass band instruments (Horns in Eb, Tenor Trombones and Euphoniums in treble-clef Bb and Basses in treble-clef Eb and Bb). The kit part is printed on the score, but also included in the score 'deconstructed' for BD, SD and Cymbals for the more 'Victorian' look. This arrangement is suitable for street-marching starting from the upbeat to A and ignoring the pause into the refrain.
