Product Description

This is an arrangement of music originally composed for string instruments. Whilst making every effort to retain the composer's intentions, the character of the wind instruments requires some changesof phrasing. The sonata is in the early classical style but still retains a figured bass for a keyboard to part to be used along with the original cello part. The original spikey and round staccato markings have been retained as they are essential for the character of the piece.

The three movements, Andante, Allegro and Grazioso provide clarinet players with an opportunity to play early classical music in a style appropriate for the period of composition. Players of moderate achievement and above will have fun playing this piece.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
