Product Description

In the mid-1800's Felix Mendelssohn composed "Songs Without Words" as a series of 48 short lyrical piano works. "Spring Song" (Op.62 No.6) from this collection is a perennial favorite among audience members and performers alike. Its effervescence is addictive. This traditional arrangement for String Trio (in the key of G) places the melody entirely in the 1st Violin part. The 2nd Violin covers the harmony, while the Cello accompanies with the bass line.
