This is the famous second movement of the Piano Trio No. 2 in Eb, Op. 100. Written in 1827, it is one of Schuberts last compositions, and one of the few late compositions that received a performance before his death in 1828. 
It has been used in many movies notably by Stanley Kubrick in his film Barry Lyndon.
