In Rondo form, this flowing Grade 3 study was inspired by the little sandpipers running and foraging along the shoreline. LH arpeggios are based on 4 chords only while the RH plays scale and broken chord patterns.

Moths
A lively and lyrical piano study inspired by the little moths fluttering around an outside light. In the key of C Minor, this piece focuses on primary triads. RH broken chords in root position and 2nd inversion are played against 2 octave arpeggios in the LH.

Petit Oiseau (Little Bird)
Study in A Minor focusing on trill technique. Care should be taken to keep relaxed and not strain the 4th and 5th fingers. LH has a simple broken chord bass pattern to enable students to concentrate on an even RH trill.
