Written for and dedicated to Phoenix Saxophone Orchestra, UK

Originally written by Bricusse and Newley for the 1964 musical The Roar of Greasepaint, Feeling Good was popularised by Nina Simone in the following year and was later covered by Michael Buble in its most recent release. This arrangement features a prominent solo part (including optional improvisation) for Tenor Saxophone 1, as well as written solos from Soprano Saxophone 1 and Baritone Saxophone 1 intermixed. This is the perfect show piece for any intermediate or advanced saxophone ensemble.
