Popular is a comedy song (made famous and 'popular' by Kristen Chenoweth) taken from the Tony award winning Broadway musical WICKED, written by Stephen Schwartz. It subsequently opened in London's West End to great acclaim and in numerous theatres across the world. It is the prequel to the ever popular WIZARD of OZ and the origins of how the two main witches evolved into their infamous Good and Wicked personas.

The central roles were created brilliantly by Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth creating an enduring modern classic.

This score is not based on the FILM orchestration by John Powell. This orchestration follows the key and structure of the original theatre show with solo voice and concert orchestra:
