I wrote this song for my elementary school students in the spring of 2022. We were so happy to have made it through a successfully (almost) normal year coming out of COVID. We were all ready for a relaxing, fun summer.

This song is dedicated to the second grade class at Gouge Elementary School that sang it so sweetly that year. I hope your students enjoy counting down summertime with this song.

*The number twenty-one can be replaced by whatever number of days you have left in the school year. I used that number because thats how many days were left when I wrote it!
