After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, it was said that Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto remarked, I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve. This composition is a reflection of that powerful statement.
           This composition is from a large orchestra piece (In progress) called WAR. After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the decision was made to engage fully in World War II, and engage they did. The WAR project's goal is to tell the story of war through music as music can often tell stories better that words.
