Product Description
Due Notturni II is a follow-up to the popular Due Notturni, featuring two more of Mozarts Six Nocturnes, originally written for 3 solo voices. These two gems for SAB voices work beautifully as a pair. The first, Ecco quell fiero istante (KV436) pairs up well with Due pupille amabili (KV439). These are flexible in that they can be performed with the provided piano accompaniment, a cappella, or with two different instrumental combinations available separately: violins I, II and cello, or clarinets I, II and bassoon (or other bass clef C-Instrument). Meant to be performed in Italian, these short pieces are lovely to sing and are great pieces to introduce your choirs to the language.
Available separately:
String trio accompaniment: Violin I, Violin II, Viola, (alt. for Violin II) and Cello LCP0212
Woodwind trio accompaniment: Bb Clarinet I, Bb Clarinet II, Bb Bass Clarinet (Bassoon, alternate for Bb Bass Clarinet) LCP0213
Related product: Due Notturni (with Se lontan, ben mio, tu sei (KV438) and Luci care, luci belle (KV346) LCP0111
(optional strings and/or woodwinds also available)
