These info sheets teach guitarists absolute familiarity with the standard Root 6 C Natural Minor scale shape by playing 3 notes in succession, then backtracking a bit. By learning these 3-note units rather than a straight up and down knowledge of the scale pattern, guitarists will gain a deeper understanding of the scale sequence, as well as build finger strength and left/right hand coordination. There are 4 separate exercises with different rhythms:
1. Quarter Notes
2. Quarter Note Triplets
3. Eighth Notes
4. Eighth Note Triplets
