This solo guitar version of Prelude and Thanksgiving Day was written and recorded as part of Keiths 2006 Christmas/seasonal recording entitled Songs of December. A second version of this piece minus the Prelude and with additional instrumentation and soundscapes appears on Keiths 2016 album Space and Time. For many, Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the Christmas season and a song with that title seems a fitting way to open an album of music celebrating the season. This PDF includes detailed fingerings in standard notation with tablature for ease of learning.
