Product Description

Pampeana for wind quintet

This work refers to a region in central Argentina that is characterized by extensive plains and a pleasant temperate climate. The name Pampa comes from Quechua, a language of native peoples of South America that means plain between mountains. The Pampean landscape is made up of grasslands and prairies and is a very large extension of very quiet territory. Visiting the Pampas region is predisposing to contemplation and reflection. This work is part of the compositional work related to music and climate change in which the importance of the different biomes of our planet is highlighted in the face of a complex problem of our contemporary times.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
