Whilst arranging this Traditional song "Early One Morning", my mind cast back into the past where 1 young man, who after a night of drinking and frivolity awoke the next morning in a drunken stupor. He wandered about for an hour or two wondering how he had managed to survive during the night. In his bleariness, he suddenly remembered that he had been with his girlfriend and now she was not with him. Slowly he realised that in the midst of all this, he had lost his one and only beautiful partner and all sorts of weird tunes started running through his head. THis arrangement will tell the tale of his night of inebriation.
