The theme was taken from the Himno A Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia by Rev. Fr. Maximo Jugeura, C.M. It was the winning piece for the Contest for Best Musical Composition and
was the Anthem for the coronation and, thereon, of every annual fiesta in Region V, Philippines.
