"Prisoner of Love" is a 1931 popular song, with music by Russ Columbo and Clarence Gaskill and lyrics by Leo Robin. This beautiful song, with music actually written by Russ Columbo, could not be sung better by any baritone crooner of the early late 1920s and early 1930s. This version was developed from the original 1931 sheet music and features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements - we hope you like what we've done with this classic tune!
