Product Description
When Columbian musician Juan Esteban Aristizábal Vásquez, better known as JUANES, released this song in 2005, it quickly became an international hit.
Although the lyrics are dark and even sinister, it sounds like a sweet ballad. And the typical guitar riff gives it a very danceable Latin vibe thats hard to resist.
The arrangement stays close to the original and is in the same F-sharp minor key. Therefore, the key signature might be a bit challenging in the beginning.
Varying the accordion registers and shifting the melody between voices creates interesting sound contrasts between phrases.
Finally, to assure instant Latin vibes, some simple hand percussion like a guiro makes the difference.
Have fun with this Latin Highlight!
