"Na Densidade do Ar" (In the air density) is the title track of the eponymous album "Na Densidade do Ar", by guitarist Leo Costa, composed in 2021, during the pandemic it was released in 2023. It expresses the feeling of contemplation, density and lightness. The work mixes extended techniques for classical guitar with a jazz harmony of fusion and pop influences. Its C part is a mesmerizing ostinato filled with open strings and open tones that envelop the listener with its bass movements and crescendo melody.
