Product Description

"Hail" might mean an acclamation or weather:  it's up to the listener.  Mandelbrot developed  the mathematics of fractals, and you need to look him up and see some fractal art such as the cover image.  
My piece owes something to these, and to Mike Oldfield, minimalist composers such as John Adams, and a harmonic progression by Handel.  It has a hypnotically repeating rhythmic pattern with hiccups, and drones in the background. I have used an octotonic mode to take us even further from tradition.  A useful short encore.
