Villancico de Navidad (Christmas Carol) was composed on December 23, 1943, months before Barrios death in El Salvador, the last country in which he lived. The piece was not recorded by him and has survived only thanks to the, for now, only known manuscript. This corrected version puts the harmonics in the right place.
