Deck The Hall for Percussion Ensemble is a neat arrangement of this fun, well known holiday classic for young percussionists to practice and get valuable experience performing in an ensemble. Great for a Christmas or Holiday Concert for a percussion ensemble or as a percussion feature at any band concert. There are 5 mallet percussion parts that require orchestra bells, xylophone, vibraphone and a 4 octave or higher marimba two marimba parts can be played in the same instrument. The marimba 2 part is written in bass clef and an optional treble clef version is also included. This arrangement begins with the full ensemble then the mallets are featured playing through the melody. The next section features the drums and then theres some back and forth between the mallets and the drums. The melody is repeated with the mallets, accompanied by the drums, through to the big ending. This song is ideal for middle school, junior high or even high school groups that want to perform a great holiday classic.
