All Blues Contemporary jazz ensemble By Miles Davis Arranged by Dan Ford for contemporary jazz ensemble, including parts for rhythm section, tenor saxophone, alto saxophone, and trombone. This arrangement is gig-tested and designed for ease of reading during the heat of a live gig. All parts include chord changes for improvised solos or embellishment of backing parts. All Blues is Miles Davis composition from his 1959 album Kind Of Blue. This arrangement features a combined Rhythm Section part with clear chord spellings and rhythmic cues for bass guitar, drum kit, guitar, and piano. Additionally, the arranger has included original backing parts for alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, and trombone. The horn parts include divisi voices in harmony allowing a choice of which horn plays lead or harmony, or each horn part can also play the tunes melody.
