Product Description

Your band members will love playing this song! This is from the Grammy award winning band "Snarky Puppy". This arrangement is a half step lower than the original, making it a bit more accessible to the concert band world. The trumpet solo has been transcribed and shortened (but the bulk of it is still there). Feel free to expand the solo by repeating one, or both, of the sections. The original song temporarily changes key briefly at measure 51 but that has been omitted in this arrangement. The key change is taken care of using additional flats and/or sharps. This can be played with 7 percussionists. Feel free to experiment with a variety of different effect cymbals (stacks), crash cymbals (china, splash, etc) and sizes. The snare should be played with a small cymbal on the head. Watch live "Snarky Puppy" performances for additional ideas. The drum set part is intact for the first half of the song but then, due to the complexity, the parts have been extracted and are played by 2-3 players. The bass part is mandatory. There are additional parts included if you'd like it to sound more authentic. Those parts include guitar, keyboard, and a synthesized bass.
