Product Description
Tainos Visions is a single-movement piece for the Youth Orchestra by Composer William Pagán-Pérez. The piece is in the key of G Major. This piece was inspired by some cinematographic music and composers but also integrates some cultural background of the composer.
Composer Pagán-Pérez followed some teachings organized in Volume I of the Suzuki Methods to compose the piece for the string sections and a grade level 4 for the wind and brass instruments (rhythms, melodies, or range). The key of G Major can be a challenge for the winds and brass (especially for clarinets and trumpets in Bb), but music teachers, conductors, and students will manage the challenges by practicing scales and arpeggios.
