This song by Sting was inspired by Anne Rice's gothic novel 'Interview With the Vampire'. He wrote it when visiting New Orleans walking down Bourbon Street with a sense of being followed. SPOOKY. My string trio version is for violin, viola and cello with the main tune being performed by the viola but I have included a second violin part which could be used instead.
