This is a romantic, very effective arrangement of one of Gershwin´s greatest songs: Bess, You Is My Woman Now from Porgy And Bess. Very well known as it is, it is rarely played. If that would be due to a lack of professional arrangements for piano trio/quartet/quintet that need should now have been put right ;-) Inspired by the wonderful version with Anne-Sophie Mutter and the great André Previn (hence the video).
