Product Description

"A New Life" is a very pretty ballad from the 1990 musical Jekyll & Hyde. This musical is loosely based on the 1886 novella "The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson. Originally conceived for the stage by Frank Wildhorn and Steve Cuden, it features music by Frank Wildhorn, a book by Leslie Bricusse and lyrics by all of them. This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used many of our arrangements and we've included a few really sweet left-hand fills to keep the tempo going! This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used many of our arrangements and we've included a few really sweet left-hand fills to keep the tempo going! We've provided lyrics for only the first two verses in an effort to keep the sheet music from getting too cluttered. The remainder of the lyrics are readily available at a number of sites online. We hope you like what we've done with the song!
