Product Description

A scintillating cornet solo, with brass band. A transit of Venus takes place when the planet Venus passes directly between the Sun and the earth; Venus can be seen as a small black dot moving across the face of the Sun. Observations of the transit were made from Tahiti June 1769 by James Cook and Charles Green at a location still known as Point Venus; this occurred on the first voyage of James Cook, after which he went on to explore New Zealand and Australia.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
