The figure loses her battle at trying to reach contentment, and rather establishes an indefinite, suspenseful end. Khiyanah (Betrayal) is composed for intermediate piano soloists and can be played for up to two minutes. Dynamics are open to interpretation, but suggestions are included. Khiyanah (Betrayal) is appropriate for all audiences as a classical piano piece in the style of the Romantic Era with influence from the Modern Era.
