Dance and Celebration is a polka-esque piece that has two sections: a dance and celebration. The piece is supposed to have two different types of feelings conveyed. One is a traditional polka dance, and the other is a dramatic finale. The original theme is stopped several times by a countermelody that sometimes includes a minor chord and major chord (or just minor chord). The piece ends with a celebratory finale and almost every instrument has a musical phrase to end the piece.
