This piece, titled 'Untitled' is a piece for solo flute and piano accompaniment. It was originally conceived as the final movement of a three movement piece, but lacking inspiration for what the first two movements would be, I decided to rewrite and publish this piece as a work on its own. As a flute player, I wanted to showcase the under-utilized darker side of the flute's timbre, as well as compose something that would allow a talented flute player to show off many different skills. This piece features flutter-tonguing, pitch-bending, wide leaps, and many other challenges. This piece is perfect for any flute player who is looking for a bit of a challenge or who wants to perform a piece that is much darker and edgier than your usual flute repertoire.
