This is an arrangement of the stage band version of the theme to the movie Naked Gun by Ira Newborn. This was a large stage band with lots of brass, saxophones, bass, piano and drums. But with this thick arrangement heavy on brass, the great walking bass line is lost. The bassoon is perfect for a walking bass, so I featured this part all the way through, with the rest of the stage band reduced for the other four bassoons.
