Product Description

The pericon is a folk dance (it is not singing music) from Rio de la Plata area, in South America. It was danced in popular parties during the XIX century.
It is appropriate for children´s dance school and folk recitals.
The well known Pericon Nacional was composed by Grasso from Montevideo, Uruguay, c. 1870, taking into consideration local and European musical features.
