Whle
a chord is defined as a group of notes that are
sounded together at the same time, an arpeggio is when
the notes of that chord are performed one after the other instead of all at the
same time.
What
Mister Art Peggio, or also known as Professor Arthur Peggio has done is to take
an original composition and use many arpeggios in all instruments, from the
solo(1st violin) down to the String Basses through out his piece.. A beautiful
melody has been created by Mister Art Peggio for all to enjoy and an invaluable
lesson for the orchestra members.
The Elementary String Orchestra Series is comprised of
three harmony parts and is suitable for second and third year students. Parts
are assigned as such: 1st Violins,2nd Violins and Violas, and Cellos with String
Basses. Thank you for trying this series and we trust you will find it to be a
satisfying experience for all.
