This is an accessible setting of the Ave Verum Corpus, in Latin, as an alternative to famous and often-performed classics by Mozart and Elgar etc. For use on Good Friday, during Communion services, and in concert performances. This piece is appropriate for virtually any standard and size of unison choir, including school, student, community, church and cathedral choirs, as well as for just solo voice. The accompaniment can be on organ or piano. The original 4-part SATB version of this piece by the composer is also available via Sheet Music Plus, as well as a version for SA choir.
