Its called Coffee because its perky! OK, it was inspired by the Maxwell House ijngle. And if you don't remember it, ask or Google it. It was written for synthesizer, but ten one day I thought ... "How about 4 double basses?" And later I thought, "How about 2 double basses and two fretless basses?" And it was good. The drum machine part was left over from the synth days, but I like it. I will upload the drums only mp3, so you can play along. The advanced rating is mostly because the first part goes up to the A above the octave G. The ranges for the other parts are reasonable. The tempo can be 100-120, although 90 might swing more..Enjoy. And directors: if you have 4 basses, here's a chance for them to show off. They'll love it! Or even perhaps 2 cellos and 2 basses! Have fun!
