 David E. Harris is a composer  in the Nashville, Tennessee area with a Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition from the University of Memphis.  Dr. Harris is a past member of the trumpet sections of the Greenville (S.C.) and Memphis Symphony Orchestras and a current member of the Brentwood Baptist Church Orchestra where he plays trumpet and keyboard.
