Sonata for flute and guitar is a two movement work, book only format, 18 pages. Estimated performance time 9'20" Guitar part requires extended techniques (natural harmonics played above portamento solo work on bass strings in first movement). Movement 1 is a monothematic sonata form in which theme recapitulates in retrograde in both instruments at the end. Movement 2 is a passacaglia that may be played as written or get embellishment by flutist from measures 17-40.
