Product Description

Manuelita (vals espanol) is a "Spanish" waltz recorded in 1912 by Lovey's Original Trinidad String Band. It was originally released as the B-side to Mango Vert (the first recorded calypso music) and a copy is preserved in the Library of Congress.

Arranged for violin and guitar (or other strumming instruments).

Part of Paseos and Waltzes of Trinidad Vol.1 which can be purchased complete for $29.99 and included 12 paseos and waltzes as recorded by Lovey's Band and Lionel Belasco's Orchestra from 1912-1918.

Arrangements for larger ensembles (strings and wind) are available on request.
