A song that embraces the dissonance of "Death". I wrote this song never actually using the word death, but it's implied by the text, "Silence, sleep, Slumbering, rest in Peace." I incorporated as much dissonance as I could without making it sound terrible. I needed something to portray the bittersweet emotions of death, and I found that through the dissonance and key changes this piece holds. It ends however in major, to give the listener a sense of relief/hope. I really hope you enjoy this piece.
