Product Description
An orchestral interpretation of Genesis 1 and the first four verses of chapter 2, it combines men and women's vocal parts, piccolo, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, organ, piano, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, two violin parts, viola, cello, and contrabass (with optional dulcimer, tubular bell, and timpani percussion). Each of the seven days of creation is treated as a separate movement and is distinguished by three-measure rests preceding each day except the first as a representation of "the evening and the morning."
