Product Description
This was originally planned as a set of variations in the style of
Liszt's or Horowitz's Wedding March variations, but it instead became a
composition based on borrowing and combining existing classical works
with elements from the two wedding marches. Sometimes both marches are
featured in the same variation, or at the same time. These
works are the "victims" of my transformations:
-Grieg's Piano Concerto (Intro, first theme and second theme)
-Saint-Saëns's The Swan
-Chopin's Winter Wind Etude
-Debussy's Golliwog's Cakewalk
-Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto (3rd mvt, intro, first theme, and final
Maestoso)
Enjoy!
