Gigue from BWV 1006-Partita No.3 This arrangement of the Gigue from BWV 1006-Partita No.3 is for guitar solo. This Gigue is the sixth and last movement from Johann Sebastian Bach's Partita No.3. This arrangement is in the key of E Major, also the original key for the violin. Of all of Bach's solo works for violin BWV 1006 in particular well for guitar. This edition has standard notation and accompanying tablature.
This arrangement is by Neal Fitzpatrick.  Guitarist Neal Fitzpatrick has a B.M. from the Hartt School where he studied with Alan Spriestersbach and his M.M. from The Yale School of Music where he studied with Benjamin Verdery. He also studied  extensively with Sharon Isbin and Sal Salvador. Based in Connecticut, he is active as a soloist and in the  chamber music scene.
