Product Description
This second of two poems for piano was composed in 1987 in a lyrical Romantic style. After a 24-bar misterioso introduction, a quiet, haunting melody enters, seeming to call out to us across vast reaches of time and space. It builds gradually in dramatic intensity to a tempestuous climax, then subsides into an ethereal, serene concluding section. Duration: 7:00.
