Dont Flee from Me (Duration 3'16") is the fifth song in the song cycle of contemporary classical art songs Songs of Love and Desire for Mezzo Soprano voice, composed by Margaret Brandman to the passionate lyrics penned by Désirée Regina. 

This dramatic song is the most operatic of the collection. It is in the same minor key as the first song in the cycle.  In this song, the singer pleads with her lover not to leave her in sorrow.  

The work has been performed in concert many times by lyricist Désirée Regina and composer/pianist Margaret Brandman who have also recorded the song cycle for the Songs of Love and Desire album on the JazzEM music label (MMP8041).  The work is registered with A.P.R.A (Australian Performing Rights Association).
