Product Description
Here's a clean transcription of the great Oscar Peterson's jazz piano solo in Night and Day, included in the album "Oscar Peterson Plays The Cole Porter Songbook" (1960), that I did while I was studying my jazz bachelor degree
It's appropiate for jazz students and performers who want to improve their improvisation skills (bebop and blues) through imitating one of the great jazz pianists of all time. It's a right hand piano solo, and the chords are included to easily play left hand voicings.
I suggest practicing the solo with the help of the original recording, that you can easily find it on Spotify or Youtube (it starts on 1:05 and finishes on 1:51). As you can see, it's a short solo that fits for both intermediate and advanced students. I hope it will be useful for you.
